Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
If you pre-order an item we will send you a written confirmation of your order but will NOT decuct any payment until we are in a position to ship your order.
When we ship your order we will also send you an email stating that your order has been shipped and payment has been taken.
You may cancel any pre-ordered item prior to shipment by way of an email and you will not incur any cost whatsoever. We will then acknolwedge your order cancellation with an email.
If you do not receive an "Order Cancelled" email from us, then your order will still be active.
If we ship your order which you subsequently do not open and do not want we will have to make an administration charge to cover both the cost of postage plus the credit card charges incurred (which are normally 2% for the payment and a further 2% for a refund). This admin charge will be no more than 10% of the order value but could be less.
